PLEASE NOTE! We will be closed for all 4 days of the long weekend. Our final pick up or delivery date is Thursday 24th October. We will be open as normal from Tuesday 29th October.
Delivery info:
Deliveries are made tuesday to saturday only. We do not deliver sundays or mondays.
We can only deliver same day for central Napier addresses (under the $10 locations. This does not include RD addresses or Bay View)
We do try our best to work with your requests, but please note we cannot gaurantee exact delivery times or your exact delivery time request.
If your delivery is a gift, please advise to recipient a gift is coming, so someone can be home to recieve it. We do not advise leaving cakes/cupcakes out in the daytime heat, and accept no reponsibility if this option is selected by yourself or the recipient. We are also not responsible for theft, or damage caused by heat/sun, rain, animals or ants etc.
If there is no one to recieve the gift and no contact is possible, and no safe space to leave the gift, we will have to return it to our shop in Napier, and it will need to be collected next day we are open.
Many houses don't have easy access, so it is very important to supply the recipients (preferably) mobile phone number on the form.
If you are unsure of the address or whether its a rural location (needs a delivery quote) or what delivery option you should choose, please contact us first, as we are more then happy to help!
If the wrong delivery option is selcted, the order cannot be processed or delivered until correct delivery is paid. I have inclueded options for delivery ammendments in our shop.
